Integrated First Choice L.T.D. – Health & Safety Policy

Our Safety Vision:

To achieve a zero-incident workplace where safety is a shared responsibility embedded in our culture, our processes, and every level of our organization.

Core Safety Commitments:

1. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We strictly adhere to all applicable health and safety legislation, codes of practice, client safety requirements, and international standards (such as OSHA, ISO 45001) governing occupational safety and industrial operations.

2. Risk Prevention and Hazard Control
We proactively identify, assess, and control risks through systematic hazard analysis and risk assessments. Preventative measures and safety procedures are implemented to eliminate or mitigate hazards across all job sites and work activities.

3. Employee Engagement and Responsibility
Safety is a shared responsibility. All employees, regardless of role, are expected to take ownership of their personal safety and that of their colleagues. We promote open communication, encourage the reporting of unsafe conditions, and ensure accountability at all levels.

4. Safety Training and Competency
We provide ongoing safety training, drills, and awareness programs to ensure that all personnel are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties safely and respond effectively to emergencies.

5. Safe Work Practices and Procedures
We develop and implement documented procedures, method statements, and safety plans for all operations, including high-risk activities such as working at height, electrical works, excavation, lifting, confined space entry, and offshore operations.

6. Emergency Preparedness
We maintain robust emergency response plans that are regularly tested through drills. These plans are designed to ensure quick, organized, and effective action in the event of fire, injury, equipment failure, or environmental incident.

7. Monitoring, Auditing, and Continuous Improvement
We continuously monitor safety performance through inspections, audits, incident reporting, and performance reviews. All findings are used to enhance our health and safety systems and prevent recurrence of unsafe events.

8. Subcontractor and Supplier Safety
All subcontractors and suppliers working with Integrated First Choice L.T.D. are expected to comply fully with our safety policies and standards. We evaluate their safety records and practices before and during project execution.

9. Mental Health and Wellbeing
We recognize the importance of mental health as part of overall safety. We promote a healthy work-life balance, respect for individuals, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibility and Commitment:

Top management is fully committed to the implementation and continuous improvement of this policy. Management ensures that safety responsibilities are clearly assigned and that adequate resources—time, personnel, and budget—are allocated to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

All employees, contractors, and visitors are required to comply with this policy and take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others affected by their actions.

This policy shall be communicated to all employees and stakeholders, and reviewed annually to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
